Information we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the location for the rental, the type of event, your requested drop-off and pickup dates and times, the rental options you select, snack shack food and drink preferences, table and chair quantities, and any additional information or special requests you share.

We do not collect payment card information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send your rental quote, normally within 48 hours.
• To contact you about scheduling, delivery, setup, and pickup.
• To keep records of reservations and equipment availability.
• To answer questions and provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us operate this website and our booking records, or when required by law.

How we store and protect it

Quote requests are stored in a secured database that only authorized PDOP staff can access. We keep request records only as long as needed for our bookkeeping and non-profit reporting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the website to function. We do not run advertising trackers.

We keep simple visit counts so we know which pages are useful. For each page view we record the page address, the date and time, the website that referred you, and whether you were on a phone, tablet, or computer. We do not set analytics cookies, we do not store your IP address, and the anonymous code that groups one visit together is reset every day, so these counts cannot be traced back to you.
