Quotes and reservations

Submitting the quote request form does not reserve equipment. It is a request for pricing. We reply with a quote within 48 hours, and your date is held only once we confirm the reservation with you directly.

Rentals requested with less than 48 hours notice cannot be handled through the form. Please call (702) 516-0847 so we can check availability right away.

Delivery, setup, and pickup

We deliver, set up, and take down all equipment at the drop-off and pickup times agreed in your confirmed reservation. You are responsible for providing a level setup area, clear access for our vehicles and trailers, and access to power where required (mechanical bull, bounce house, and snack shack equipment).

Supervision and safety

Attended rentals such as the mechanical riding bull, train, and snack shack are operated by our trained staff, and riders must follow all operator instructions. For self-supervised equipment such as the bounce house, the renter is responsible for adult supervision at all times. No shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food, or drinks in the bounce house, and no use of equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We reserve the right to stop or refuse operation of any equipment when unsafe conditions or unsafe behavior are present.

Weather

High winds, rain, lightning, or extreme heat may require us to postpone or shut down inflatable and ride equipment for the safety of your guests. When weather prevents a rental, we will work with you to reschedule.

Damage and loss

The renter is responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup and for the cost of repair or replacement for damage or loss beyond normal use, including damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or failure to supervise.

Payment and cancellation

Pricing, deposit, and payment terms are stated in your written quote. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation so we can offer the date to another family. Any deposit terms will be described in your quote.

Non-profit purpose

All rental proceeds support the Pahrump Disability Outreach Program and the special needs children and families we serve in our community.
